Marsh hires offshore energy construction head

"Insurance broker and risk adviser Marsh has announced the appointment of Nabil Khawaja to head up the offshore construction team within the Global Energy Practice.
He has previously worked for Marsh in the energy construction unit, leaving the company in 2005.
